Instead of changing the EIM schema, I added a hook for auto-resolving  
conflicts programmatically.  If the ItemRecord.triage field is in  
conflict but the triage status code itself is not, the conflict is  
auto-resolved; the inbound triageStatusChanged is applied only if  
it's more recent, and the inbound doAutoTriageOnDateChange is applied  
if it's False.
