Last week Brian K. and John landed big performance improvements. Incidentally, this also means that now would be a good time to do new performance profiles, since a lot of the things that used to dominate the profiles are now gone or different. We got quite a few new orange cells (acceptable for Preview) in the perf table, and even one new green (for a while, seems to be orange today).
