When the references to Dump were changed to Export the default extension for Export files was changed from *.dump to *.chex
What this means is if you are in the "Reload Items" dialog you will find that your *.dump files are not enabled by default. To enable them you need to change the "Enable" drop-down control from "Export files" to "Dump files".
