*No unicode in bugzilla summaries*
Bear asked that people avoid using non-ascii characters (e.g. unicode) in bug summaries, as bug summaries are used as email subjects and this causes problems downstream.

*How is email stored?*
David Besonen asked how Chandler stores email messages. Brian Kirsch explained that Chandler does not use the maildir format, instead storing messages as "items" in our repository. Brian gave more info in the message:

*CalDAV*
Mikeal observed that the UI for publishing and subscribing via CalDAV feels a bit clunky. His objections were both the language and a workflow that involved creating an account. He proposed menu items that prompted for a URL, and an authorization dialog if the server required authorization. Morgen agreed with the proposal, but didn't think changes were realistic for Preview.

*Default sharing account*
Jared proposed that we change the default sharing account to Chandler Hub Sharing, now that we're ready to have people migrate to EIM. He also asked that restore settings handle the change nicely.

Morgen checked in the change, including reasonable behavior for restore settings. The default pointed at qacosmo until the production system was ready.

*EIM change to recurrence-ids for modification uuids*
Brian Moseley and Jeffrey proposed changing the way the recurrence-ids are represented. qacosmo was upgraded, Chandler desktop was modified.

*Repository API change*
