[Chandler-dev] hardhat directory has moved

As of revision 15042 the trunk/hardhat/ directory has moved from the chandler repository to the tools repository

svn+ssh://svn.osafoundation.org/svn/tools/hardhat

If you need to reference any of the hardhat files you will need to switch your hardhat directory to the new location.
