After your next 'svn update' you need to get the latest chandlerdb version
by running in 'chandler':
make chandlerdb - OR -
make
This update improves the "don't set the same value" optimization by letting
certain types decide when two values are the same. In particular, Datetime
and Time need to override python's notion of time equality which treats
different timezones with the same UTC offset as equals.
