Hi Everyone, I was thinking about dogfooding and options for increasing it when the question came up.for me as to whether the following message might be a stronger discourager of dogfooding than might be valuable at this point of maturity of the Chandler suite:
NOTE: This is a checkpoint of the 0.7 *TRUNK* - it's not a dogfood candidate at all I think this type of messaging has been a very helpful and prudent tool towards setting the expectations of early adopters. There would seem to me to be an opportunity now to recast the messaging about Chandler releases as the apps gain ever more stability and performance. For example, it has already come to past that having dogfooders on older alpha releases is a greater liability than having them on more recent checkpoint builds.
