Well, a lot it turns out - what used to be known as sync4J has turned into Funambol which is an open source project built on what used to be known as SyncML and in there Community Projects page they list the following:
Exchange Connect v3, Dominio Connector v3, Zimba, BlackBerry PIM, Palm PIM, Yahoo! PIM, SugarCRM, Plaxo Windows Mobile and even more.
Now I didn't dig into any depth to see how useful this is or even to find out if it's Vaporware or not - just wanted to get the link out.
