I've created a new tinderbox to run Chandler unit and functional tests on a linux box that runs with a non-English locale set.

The box is running with the locale set to Japanese (using what I hope is a English input set) and tinderbox has been told to install Chandler into a directory that is named something in Arabic :) I can only hope I haven't randomly selected some obscene phrase!

This will surely help find those rough patches in our handling of different Locales :)
