Since mana is failing a bunch of tests, it should be changed back to en_US locale until we can fix the issues. You can try leaving it in BST timezone, but be prepared to change that to a US timezone if tests don't start passing. We also have a mystery failure on Windows performance box. make install step fails because plugin install part fails to connect to cheeseshop. Is anyone seeing this on their own Windows machine?
