Very odd. I am tracking this in bug 11421:

Do you continue to see this problem whenever you sync the collection?
Also, could you activate Chandler's built in webserver via "Tools >
Start webserver" and point your browser at this URL:
http://localhost:1888/repo/parcels/osaf/sharing/accounts/Proxy?mode=kindquery
That will give a list of all Proxy items in your repository. Click on
each one and see if any don't have a value for protocol.
