Bear finally tracked and fixed the relaunch problem that appeared

I suggest the Bug Council meets briefly this afternoon to review
the actions:
- create a 0.7.2.1 for Mac PPC
- post it
- modify the 0.7.2 release note as adequate
- blog, announce
- others?
I think we should consider labelling the Mac downloads more
explicitely now that PyLucene no longer uses libgcj which makes it
possible to run PPC Chandler on an Intel Mac. We should make it
harder to make that mistake by naming the downloads explicitely so
that they contain the strings ppc-osx and intel-osx.
+1, since it can be hard to spot the single letter "i" in the middle
of a long filename (i.e. "...-iosx..." vs "...-osx..."). However,
didn't we at some point have a check in Python code for running on
the "wrong" architecture?
