Here's an idea, although I don't know how feasible it would be to do on
the tomboy side: a plugin (or extension or fork) of tomboy which would
be Chandler-aware and dump the notes into Chandler as soon as it saw
Chandler running. In other words, you could leave Chandler off most of
the time and take notes in tomboy, but when you launched Chandler, the
notes would be automatically transferred there. It would need a little
plugin on Chandler side as well to receive the data.
