Hi Grant, I think we still want to do both of these.

The first bug is to add a "Upgrade..." menu item: We want a way for users to manually start the Upgrade progress (if they don't respond to the ping from us right away).

Someone recently wrote into the users list asking how they should go about upgrading. This is a way for users to discover that by themselves.

The 2nd bug is to just simplify the reload dialog.
