+1 Makes sense to me in general to have application responses to menu
choices appear in the window in which those menu choices were made
excepting some particular workflow that just does not make sense to
treat this way. My initial reaction was that I would expect email
replies and forwards to appear in a Sent Mail folder or something as
compared to appearing in the window in which I am working. However, if I
understand correctly that you mean that Chandler's Mail.app currently
behaves this way, then it would be consistent to have the separate
detail view window continue this behavior.
