I think that's a good idea. It's maybe a way to encourage people to
sign up for the users list.

I wonder if we should tweak this text to point people at the users
list for general help and comments about the product. We *do* want
people to send email to hub-admin if their account isn't working,
but it would be better to get "I think you should add feature xxx"
at chandler-users. We do see a handful of desktop questions at hub-
admin, for example.
