FYI: I have changed the "Tickler Alarm" icon in the Triage List from

to
<<inline: EventTickled.png>>
. I will be on the look out for comments / feedback from users about it. Confusion around the icons has come up the most when demo-ing the product to others in person, so it would be good to see if fewer people ask about it during demos as well.Mimi
