I consolidated the various emails threads on notifications and
updated the Notifications wiki spec. I'm glad I did because I caught
a couple of things that I had forgotten about.
1. Events that have Tickler alarms should show up 2x, once with the
Tickler Alarm date and a second time with the Event dates (assuming
event dates fall within time-range of report).
2. When/if we support an HTML version of the email report, the
[Collection] tag should link to the collection with either an:
- /mc/ URL if you own the collection; or
- ticketed URL if it's a subscription
3. I mocked up adding in a time zone selector to the *Sign up* and
*Account Settings* dialogs and rescued the bug from Future to 1.0-

4. I've mocked up what the login page looks like with 2 widgets.
**Clicking on the Notifications widget should pop-up the Log in
dialog and take you directly to set up the widget in the
Notifications tab of the Settings dialog.
