syncing via Hub.

I think we've discussed exporting all notes as VTODOs, continuing
the recent theme that it's hard to distinguish notes from tasks. I
think Mimi even filed a bug for it.
In any case, I agree that we need to export notes, not just leave
them by the wayside.
