consider a release to fix this sooner than 1.0
- Most of the web stuff done - some tests to still fix

- Separation of queries into SQL and Python
- Changes in Peakrules parser to support that so we can do some
prototyping

- Figured out what is going on with the crazy system timezone bugs
- Bug in linux installer that's fixed
- Feeling a bit better about bug queue
- Want to do a 0.7.7 this week
- Will send out a summary of architecture status and options at the
end of the week

- Checkin for re-factoring of atom code - work with latest release
