-did some hub config work including adding a cron job for cleaning up
db backups so we don't run out of space so soon

lot of edits)
- Finally wrote up notes on menu accelerator/mnemonic tests for the
LocalizationProject wiki.
- Random list emails.
- Mostly done with Bug 12052 and Bug 12097: Will roll 0.7.7-rc1 once
I've committed those.

- so, yesterday I discovered a bug I'd caused in the DV notes area
- I thought it was an IE6 issue, but it was just a stupid typo
- Then I remembered I need to fix the column headers (changing
heights) that took a surprisingly long time
- still working on hint text
