- Fix Bug 12195 (Error trying to "Remove from Calendar" a single
occurrence)
- Figured out that pop-to-now bug (12069) is due to overzealous
matching of RRULE field.
- Fix Bug 11922 (Tasks should be imported as Notes. All non-event
items should be exported as Tasks).
- Fix Bug 12190 (Ctrl-A doesn't work in separate detail view window
on Vista)

- fixed a PEAK-Rules bug introduced by index refactoring, and added a
few more tests to make sure it's really nailed
- changed enough assumptions in how the index code works that the
original TDD tests didn't cover new approach well
- investigated a wx event loop problem reported by same guy who
reported PEAK-Rules bug...
- no luck so far on reproducing issue, I think he might have an older
version of wx or something
- halfway through cleaning up the pattern matching plan/post
