repository before reload

- i'm still working on trying to trackdown what i think is a timezone
issue
- can't reproduce locally, which sucks
- i mean i think its a tz issue
- because things are coming back one hour off
- i can only see it on hub
- i've tried to repro on lab, my local server
- nada
- so i'm going to add some more debug stuff
- and update hub
- to try to track this sucker down
- thats why i think its a concurrency issue
- but the good news is i see the issue at least once a day
