I started to update the end user manual wiki page at:

It hadn't been updated since 0.6, so it was pretty out of date. The
page serves as an end user manual for using the Chandler Server web ui.
I'm not the best end-user docs writer, so if anyone wants to jump in and
help update for a 1.0 release, any help is appreciated.
