Before you build chandlerdb, you need to build the patched BerkeleyDB
it depends on (see external/db).
The chandlerdb egg is installed like any other in Chandler's site-

For sure, this has changed. This page is probably obsolete.
Berkeley DB 4.6.21 is required with the patches from [1]
