Hi, folks
I've posted a 1.0 Release Candidate 3 build here:

and also made it available via the Tools >> Check for Test Updates
menu item.
The only differences between this build and RC2 is the fix for:
Bug 12290 (1.0-RC2: IndexError traceback from clicking on/typing in
notes field)
and some very minor README file tweaks.
The plan is to sanity check this today and tomorrow morning, and then
announce 1.0 sometime tomorrow assuming everything checks out.
