NICE-TO-HAVE USABILITY FIXES
- Bug 12318 Rename "Tools" menu --> "Debug" and do something with
"Plugins" menu

bottom of the Debug menu. OR Remove it completely.

already created a patch for it. Jeffrey, is this something that needs
to be tested? Is it risky to include this change?)

One issue I'm concerned about is: Chandler hangs at 10%: Opening Data
and then Quits
