At the moment we're still getting unhappy reports of crash/Chandler
won't open issues:
Chandler hangs at 10% (hard crash)
https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11266
and
Chandler claims repository is already open
https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12317
Unfortunately, we don't yet have a handle on what's going on with these
bugs. If you see them, please send us your chandler.log in hopes that
we can reliably reproduce and figure out what's going wrong.
