an issue like this; however, I'm not 100% sure that's the case, and I don't
know whether the latest update is running the same JVM or not.

view and edit ticket for a collection that we may use for test purposes.
Really sorry to chase, but this bug (preventing colleagues from editing items
in each others collections) has bitten us half-way through a roll out of
Chandler Hub to everyone in my Centre, potentially embarrassing for me after
steering everyone to the Hub. And our previous system only half wound down, and
so on.
Please, anything I can do to help/expedite?
