Please: does anyone have the knowhow, and time/resource, to build a Chandler
Desktop for Windows that's comparable to (or greater than) the 20091016
checkpoint for Mac OS X?

That was, Chandler_intel-osx-leopard_1.0.4.dev-r16698-checkpoint20091016

Without going into too much detail: we have a user of Chandler 1.0.3 on
Windows XP who is bitten occasionally by:

error: argument for 's' must be a string

What I see at this user's XP machine is remarkably similar to
<https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12693>, which I filed as
bugging Chandler Desktop 1.0.2 on Mac OS X 10.5.x. It's many, many months
since I've seen that bug on Mac OS X, so I assume that the fix is somehow
within a recent build of Chandler Desktop for Mac. Suspect that a new
build/checkpoint for Windows will work around this one.

----

Incidentally, <http://www.wuala.com/grahamperrin/public/2010/10/27/b>
screenshot 001 taken from the user's machine. Is it normal for Windows XP to
show, for a file — in this case, a set aside copy of backup.chex — a
modification date earlier than the creation date? (That's not logical!)

TIA
Graham
