I have just started using the organizer and find
that entered start times, as 13.40 resukt in a time stamp 13,40 ? and
it does not effect on the location of the event. When using drag on the
event, i.e. dragging the start to another time, works fine but the
resultion is in quarters whcikh means that 13.40 can not be set. The
