I uninstalled Chandler from my PC, and then reinstalled it, but apparently uninstalling leaves the repository untouched. I searched the Chandler Wiki and got some hints, but nothing definitive. I then fired up Chandler again and went to "Debug -> Logging -> Log Window" and found out that the repository is in the "AppData" directory. I hadn't found it before because AppData is a hidden directory, at least on Vista. Sigh... OK, I uninstalled Chandler, removed the "Open Source Application Foundation" directory from AppData and then reinstalled and subscribed to my Hub account and did a sync and I'm back up and running.
