Position #1:
Antenna Integration and Test Engineer 

 

This position requires an antenna systems integration and test engineer to
assist senior engineers with work issues related to integration and test of
various antennas ranging from simple single element radiators to state of
the art Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESAs). The candidate should
possess some experience in software development. Duties will include
assisting senior engineers with development of test procedure and
requirements documents, procurement of materials and supporting equipment
for realizing a testable antenna assembly, performing radiative antenna
testing (in near-field, compact range or far-field facilities), and
documenting and presenting results. Although this position is posted as a
Band 4, level, experience & qualifications of individual candidate will
determine the appropriate band. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in
a relevant engineering or physics degree required. Minimum of two years of
work experience after the Bachelor's degree. Having good communication
skills is a must. Holding an active security clearance is a plus; the
ability to obtain such clearances shall be required. 

 

Position# 2:
Sr. Systems Architect 

 

The preferred candidate shall have significant relevant experience in AESA
hardware architecture, design, fabrication, and test activities. The
candidate must able to comprehend and resolve often conflicting system
requirements and develop hardware requirements. Experience in the
installation and integration of antennas and antenna structures on a wide
variety of platforms is particularly desirable. Knowledge of detailed
subassembly design and detailed assembly of multiple subassemblies is
strongly desired. The candidate will be expected to balance RF, mechanical,
thermal, power, digital, cost, requirements, and performance. The candidate
should have significant vendor fab capability knowledge and knowledge of
NGES fab capabilities. The candidate should posses strong proposal
evaluation skills and should have extensive troubleshooting capabilities and
experience. The candidate will be required to train highly motivated, very
capable, but less experienced design engineers. Responsible for oral and
written presentations to internal and external customers. Basic
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in a relevant engineering degree
required. Minimum of fifteen years of work experience after the Bachelor's
degree. Holding an active security clearance is a plus; candidates must be
able to obtain a Secret Clearance, Top Secret may be needed. 

 

Position# 3:
Digital Design Engineer 

 

Position is for a Digital Electronics / System Engineer with 12 or more
years experience in processor architectures, digital CCA design, and FPGA /
ASIC design using VHDL. Responsibilities include all aspects of development
(system definition, design, simulation, verification, test, and field
support) for application specific front end processors / preprocessors,
signal processors, data processors, application specific IO, and the
integration of COTS modules. Our designs are for a wide variety of airborne
and space applications including radar, sonar, missiles, electronic warfare,
and electro-optical applications.
BS Electrical Engineering or BS Computer Engineering required; MS Electrical
Engineering or MS Computer Engineering is a plus. Candidates must be able to
obtain a Secret Clearance, TS may be needed.  This position may be filled at
the Band 3 or 4 level.
