Billion Dollar Company located north of Boston seeking Director of SEC
Reporting
Primary Focus
* This position will be primarily responsible for SEC reporting,
including form 10-Q, 10-K, S Filings, etc.
* Preparation and filling of all SEC reporting requirements;
includes quarterly 10-Q & 10-K reports.
* Responsible for maintaining SOX compliance in relations to
financial reporting
* Responsible for all technical accounting issues
Candidate Qualifications
* Extensive experience in the preparation of SEC forms including
10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and S filings
* Current experience with technical accounting
* Bachelors in Accounting and CPA
* 7 + years of general accounting experience
* Must have Big 4 Accounting Firm experience
