We are hiring for Business Development Manager, for our Hyderabad
Office.

Title                : Business Development Manager - Staffing sales
Location         : Secundrabad, AP, India
Position         : Fulltime
Experience    : 4 -6 Years

Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager has the responsibility for
establishing strategic priorities for the revenue growth of their
assigned territory. The primary focus will be establishing new
customer relationships, along with some maintaining and growing of
business within existing clientele.

This includes establishing near and short term plans in conjunction
with the management team to achieve the company's goals while creating
a strong value based brand with the customer base. The Business
Development Manager will be held accountable for consistently
increasing revenue through the acquisition of new business and
expansion of existing accounts.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 4 years experience selling USA IT Consulting
Services/Staffing Sales (Candidates will not be considered without
this experience.)
• IT Staffing Sales position. IT Staffing exp. a Must. BDE Needs to
create new accounts, generate requirements, cold calling, and
marketing bench consultants effectively using recruiters.
Purely Sales and recruiting.
• Executive presence and comfortable marketing to CXO and VP levels.
• Must be familiar with tax terms Corp-Corp, W2, 1099
• Hunter approach to Business Development and selling to new clients
with a strong background in IT Contract Professional Services.
• Experience managing assigned territory in an organized and
systematic fashion. Develop business through a combination of methods
that may include all or in part: research, lead generation,
prospecting, networking and in-person appointments with new and
inactive customers.
• Experience selling high volume contract staffing solutions, or
experience selling SOW and project based consulting services.
• Responsible for ensuring the creation and maintenance of business
plans utilizing CRM, with targeted new accounts and completely mapped
territories and calendars.
• Generate viable job orders from new and inactive accounts.
• Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling, both in-person
and via telephone and other electronic media.
