Identifies, evaluates and develops solutions, systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Acts as a liaison between the user community and internal IT resources. This is a technically focused position and is generally seen as a progression from a development or analyst role. * * *System Analysis* • Has thoroughly demonstrated knowledge of the business processes in the Commissions, Sales Incentive Management space and/or Finance domains. • Interviews Business Partner end users to determine and document requirements for data integration, interfaces, business rules and reports. • Translate functional, product, or business requirements into functional / technical specification or use case documents. • Acts as a liaison between business and development teams, and shepherds projects through the design, build, and test phases. • Provides analysis support to development and test teams for assigned projects. This can include responding to ad hoc analysis requests and performing system test and defect triage. • Has thoroughly demonstrated knowledge of the application systems in Commissions, Sales Incentive Management space and/or Finance domains. Can identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes and provide alternatives. • Understands complex systems and dependencies between upstream and downstream systems.
