Performance Test Lead Location: Atlanta, GA. Duration: Long Term. Position: 3 We need Performance Test Lead to be a Subject Matter Expert in performance testing. Job Description: · Strong experience in handling a team of performance testers and onsite-offshore experience is preferred. · Sound hands on experience in Performance testing using Performance Centre or LoadRunner 11.0/9.5/9.1 · Strong understanding of performance testing life cycle and concepts · 7 -9 years of experience in software QA with at least 3-4 years experience in lead level roles · Must possess good knowledge of QA process, methodology and tools · Must have good knowledge of test tools, test documentation like test plan, test strategy, testing process etc · Must have excellent communication skills · Must have good experience in managing client relationship and must be able to handle client communication independently.
