Oracle Supply Chain experience, with a minimum of 2 full life cycle implementation. **Preferred Skills: **The candidate should have excellent client facing skills and will need to work with clients for the following types of activities: ü Business process design, ü conducting configuration workshops, ü GAP Analysis, ü RICE identification, ü Functional Design, ü Test Planning and ü Test Execution. *Other Requirements* 1) Facilitation experience for conducting design and review sessions 2) Must be able to work independently with the customer and coordinate with the offshore team for delivery 3) Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment 4) Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 5) Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal 6) Functional understanding of OTM and its Module as well as Order *Position:-7* Location: (Minneapolis) *QA Lead with ecommerce, credit application background* Good communication and customer interfacing skills.
