Leads special technical projects. Provides strategic planning and comprehensive senior level technical consulting to IT senior management and senior technical staff. Evaluates compliance with the organization's technology standards. Guides and consults with IT management and technical staffs regarding use of emerging technologies and associated services. ü Participates in the evaluation, selection and application of new and emerging tools and techniques. Has wide latitude in determining creative solutions to strategic and operational needs. Other duties may be assigned. *QUALIFICATIONS:* ü Bachelor's Degree in related field required. ü Master's Degree in related field preferred. ü Minimum eight (8) years related experience preferred. ü Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills. ü A high proficiency level in specific job related skills is required. ü Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job. *DEPARTMENTAL SUMMARY:* ü Responsible for all facets of web strategy delivery in an IT setting. ü Manage customer relationships, commitments, expectations, and satisfaction. Manage project scope, delivery, quality levels, performance, and end user adoption of solutions. Manage a cross functional team. Support iterative and process -oriented approach to projects.
