Working from requirements provided to them by the project team and using a pre-defined toolset and process, the Services Engineer I will create and unit test high-quality code that is delivered to enable the completion of customer projects. The Services Engineer I will also be engaged in troubleshooting issues that arise during the course of a project or as post-implementation support. Direct customer interface is occasional and generally done remotely.
