The engineers will go through a 3 week training on DSR and other Diameter based products before engaging with customers. They will be working with the clients 3 best customers in the support of DSR and deployment of the nodes. Services provided include initial system implementation design and architect, network integration, system provisioning, capacity analysis, special feature implementation, Test Plan creation and execution and other services as specified by the support contract and statement of work.
