The candidate must be able to report the progress of the development and resolve the issues within the team. Analytical skill and good use of Excel is a must. Solution Manager experience is a plus. A professional, Flexible attitude is required. The resource must be eager to work and motivated, but not unduly aggressive or disruptive to the team. He/She must be capable and willing to suggest improvements while not frustrated if improvements are not (quickly) realized. This is a big organization with lots of different factors at work… most things can’t be changed quickly. The need is for mature people who can be productive despite any perceived ‘constraints’.
