Technical Skills - Comprehensive knowledge & understanding of HTML 4/5 and CSS programming. - GUI development principles, tools, and technologies. - Knowledge of existing and new technologies (Liferay) platforms. - Prior experience in an agile project management environment is a plus. - Capability to explain technical constraints to the end users.
