· Possess a strong and up-to-date knowledge of web design and web standards, in particular with respect to concepts of full separation of content from presentation using CSS/text-based table-less layout, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility techniques, separation of concerns and reusability · Strong Drupal 7.x and PHP skills · HTML5/CSS3 · JQuery and other popular frameworks · Responsive Design and Progressive Enhancement · Object Oriented Methodologies · Object oriented JavaScript · Understanding of semantic markup · Webservice consumption, JSON manipulation · GIT, SVN and other version control systems · Familiar with one or more CSS pre-compilers such as LESS or SASS · Other web technologies like NodeJS, backbone, requireJS, ember, angular, bootstrap, etc. · Deep familiarity with front-end web performance optimization techniques and tools · Basic understanding of Unix and full LAMP stack · Understanding of Open Graph and other Social Media · Agile methodologies · Has 4-6 years of work experience hand-coding high performance, validating web pages.
