Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher *Desired Skills: * · Ability to understand, articulate, describe and document risk and control statements. · Ability to understand internal control and risk mitigation concepts. · Ability to identify, document and articulate potential control gaps and recommendations to management and business partners. · Auditing experience with identifying risks and testing of internal controls strongly desired. · Ability to identify business processes through review of policies and procedures, existing workflows, training materials and discussion with subject matter experts as needed. · Ability to present and simplify complex information into easily comprehended documents (Visio process maps) and control matrices. · Comfortable working with business partners. · Knowledge of and experience working in the financial services/banking industry. · Strong communication (including ability to communicate with management and business subject matter experts), and strong writing skills. · Ability to perform multiple tasks and foster a positive team environment. · Experience working with Visio, Excel and other MS products.
