The Customer Care Center  Digital Service & Recovery Teams Mobile Business
Analyst (BA) is a champion of quality mobile experiences, steward of
customer feedback on the mobile experiences and advocate for enhancing
State Farms mobile experiences for customers, prospects, State Farm
Agencies and staff. The BA will be highly versed in quality user
experiences in native and browser-based for handhelds and tablets. Daily
tasks will be powered by deep-dives into the analytics of how users are
navigating State Farms mobile experiences, partnering with other BAs across
the Enterprise to brainstorm, strategize and scope enhancements and
optimization to existing mobile experiences and advocacy and championing of
Mobile First concepts and best practices everywhere. In conjunction with
the Lead Mobile Business Analyst, the BA will be the point of contact for
all items in production that impact, related to or are driven by the mobile
experience.



*Key Responsibilities:  *

Champion mobile first

Leads and sets direction for State Farms mobile experiences

Leads and sets direction for capabilities for StateFarm.com

Represent the Internet user when interfacing with the Enterprise

Initiates and drives industry standard mobile strategy and tactics in
collaboration with other business areas to support mobile functionality and
online experience for the Enterprise

Provides thought leadership, oversight and support for the mobile
experience State Farm customers (existing and potential) and employees
(Agents and staff) have with State Farm

Identifies, documents, coordinates and executes projects and efforts to
optimize the existing State Farm mobile experiences

Leverage analytics and customer feedback to enhance and maintain the
technical, visual and written content of State Farm mobile experiences

Maintain the pulse of the mobile industry

*Serve as subject matter expert for mobile experiences across insurance,
financial services, banking and automotive industries*

Will lead, champion and maintain complex projects

Assists in the development of department strategies for areas of
responsibility

Collaborate with business partners and business analysts across the
enterprise

Partner with the Customer Experience Monitoring (CEM) and Customer
Experience Insights (CEI) teams build actionable, data-driven strategies,
tactics and projects

Collaborate with CEM and CEI teams to ensure accuracy of usability test
plans, ensure plan execution and gather usability test feedback

Initiate new relationships with business analysts within and outside of the
department

Flawless written communication skills

Applies in-depth knowledge of mobile industry, user experience and best
practices to daily tasks

Applies in-depth knowledge building and maintaining Internet and mobile
culture to enhance and support State Farms business model including
strategizing State Farms advantage in the marketplace

Makes decisions with minimum direct supervision

Collaborate with business and technology experts across the Enterprise to
implement solutions that provide measurable value to State Farm customers
