The BA will be highly versed in quality user experiences in native and browser-based for handhelds and tablets. Daily tasks will be powered by deep-dives into the analytics of how users are navigating State Farms mobile experiences, partnering with other BAs across the Enterprise to brainstorm, strategize and scope enhancements and optimization to existing mobile experiences and advocacy and championing of Mobile First concepts and best practices everywhere.
