Hi,

Hope you are doing well,

Please go through requirement and send resume to *[email protected]
<[email protected]>* , 972-497-2508.

*Performance Tester*

*Bloomington, IL*

*9+ months contract*

*Skype Interview*

*Long-term needs:*

· After the Refresh impacted projects will want to resume their
Capacity and Performance testing, therefore I will need a full-time
resource.

· Proactive Performance Engineering and Modelers provide projects a
holistic approach to Capacity and Performance Management from an end-to-end
perspective which is more effective if the resource is onsite.

· The facilitation of Capacity and Performance Management related
to decision support, risk identification, risk analysis, and risk
mitigation activities are of higher quality if the resource is onsite.

· Srini will not have the capacity to fill our full-time needs.

· As a result, I reached out to (as part of the EAM procedures)
External Sourcing, Systems HR, and Workforce Sourcing Office and confirmed
that we do not have any internal resources available with TA- Proactive
Performance Engineering Modeling role and skills to meet our needs.

· I also reached out to Role Steward Tim Cox to inquire about
resource availability and he had none.

· After exhausting those avenues, I'm attaching a business case to
backfill for Keshab and have the resource onsite effective May 19, 2014
when the Refresh is completed.

*Short-term need:*

· As you are aware our Capacity and Performance Test environment
(BLM SAPLEX) is scheduled for a Data Refresh/ Scrub Mid-March.

· It's projected that the refresh will be completed Mid-May.

· During the Refresh I will not have a need for a full-time
Proactive Performance Engineering Modeler (PPEM), but I will have a need
for about 10 hours a week to support active and new projects.

· We've worked with DC5 and have identified PPEM Srinivasu (Srini
)Vetcha who has capacity and Stewart Bramley has approved Srini being
allocated 10 hours a week for 12 weeks to DC7.

· Keshab will do a knowledge transfer with Srini up and until he
leaves State Farm on 02/28.

· Srini will also shadow the CAP team to get acclimated to our
active projects as well getting familiar with our processes and procedures.

· This would occur over the next few weeks before our SAPLEX data
refresh begins 03/16.

· Srini would then go into an on call status during the data
refresh and subsequent environment reload period (thru mid/ late May).

· I can see some of our projects wanting to revisit performance
testing plans near the end of refresh, and I would like to have Srini's
involvement in such discussions so there are no project delays.
