*Job Description:*



*Job Specific Duties:*
* Develop strong relationships with Lawson support team and internal
customers
* Responsible for working closely with Lawson project managers and Systems
staff to ensure the timely resolution of system issues and delivery of
development and support items related to system implementations
* Play a key role as the primary Lawson technical administrator that will
be present at all Lawson status at meetings
* Monitor and massage Websphere and HATS to ensure optimal system
performance
* Ensure the achievement of service deliverables and customer satisfaction
* Provide insight on needs to internal teams on a regular basis; represent
views, requirements, and experience throughout the organization
* Be capable of providing statistical reporting of system performance
utilizing Solarwinds internal reporting and custom built reports
* Assist in developing disaster recovery plans for Lawson

*General Duties:*
* Participate in the ongoing maintenance of the environment as well as all
related infrastructure
* Participate in the development of schedules, priorities, and
determination of time lines and resources needed for product specific
changes
* Develop and maintain a program of proactive system administration,
including but not limited to a system of updates, patches and fixes, system
enhancements, log monitoring, and system hardening
* Troubleshoot and repair all server related problems in a timely manner
* Develop and maintain product recovery plans
* Include both a regular backup schedule and tested process for data
restoration
* Help all departments in assuring that the highest level of customer
satisfaction is maintained at all times
* Develop training and mentoring programs for other system administrators
* Assist in developing ways to reduce the amount of incoming technical
support requests

* Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to success
* Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both
verbal and written
* Demonstrated ability to deal with change and work in a rapid pace,
dynamic environment
