*Job Description:*



Responsible for working with users to define and document system
requirements. Responsibilities include preparing cost-benefit analysis of
information systems projects, applications portfolio assessment and
valuation, process analysis and improvement studies. Other responsibilities
will include facilitating requirements gathering and design sessions,
reviewing design documentation with users and developers, preparing process
and data models, prioritizing system functionality based on requirements,
coordinating pilot and test activities, and designing screens and reports.

1. Accounts Payable and Procurement expertise, particularly an
understanding of how PeopleSoft AP and ePro work

2. Knowledge of best-in-class

3. Project planning experience

4. Ability to help people think through the future state

5. Knowledge of how future state will impact various areas of HRB –
positive and negative

6. Workflow knowledge

7. Ability to work with both business/functional and technical associates

Subject and Procurement Knowledge, Project Planning and the ability to
drive project tasks. Full Cycle Procurement. Drive large scale meetings,
design discussion. Ability to talk to Business and IT teams, along with Sr
Mgmt.

Need a Sr. level person with complete understanding of the procurement
process – end to end:
Submit requisition
Fulfillment
Invoicing
Payment
Need to lead big room discussions – define current procurement processes
(or validate) and discuss what or how the procurement process should look
like, etc.
There is a lot of manual processes and people going around the current
processes – need to look at process changes and enforce these changes
Look at automated invoice ability
Workforce management
Centralized invoicing
Need to understand the overall procurement processes, experience with PS is
preferred
Lead through influence
Work with business leaders to understand problems, define what success
looks like
Look at workflow, vendor portal – iPhone picture for invoices?
Take a proactive approach – what are the competing technologies in the
procurement space
Strong business acumen
Day to day will work with Judy’s team
