Quality Assurance is a team within the Technical Engineering organization that provides testing services for the ICP/TP platform and infrastructure components. It is critical to have a combination of technical expertise and the ability to navigate the organization to effectively build relationships. The QA Analyst must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Individuals in this role should enjoy interacting with others, have a passion for technology, and able to multi-task while working with shifting priorities. State Farm infrastructure experience preferred. *Serves as liaison/ambassador to support quality of the Integrated Customer Platform/Technical Platform. *Is a subject matter expert for the infrastructure performance testing and deliverables. *Provides performance testing and consults to various teams within ICP/TP. *Strong ability to uncover performance related defects and perform root cause analysis. *Able to work independently to manage assigned workflow of test activities. *Ability to work well with a team, collaborating on test design and troubleshooting activities. *Creates and maintains test documentation for each testing effort (eg.
